Who Should Attend:
All hospital personnel, including but not limited to nurses, doctors, paramedics, administrative staff, security personnel, and support staff, who may encounter workplace violence situations in their daily work as well as professionals who wish to develop workplace violence reduction programs. The series is suitable for both new employees who need to develop awareness and skills, as well as experienced staff looking to reinforce their understanding of workplace violence dynamics and prevention.

Course Curriculum
In the face of workplace violence, misconceptions about self-defense and de-escalation strategies can be perilous. This webinar provides evidence-based insights into effective self-defense measures and de-escalation strategies that align with real-world scenarios.
