The following data will be collected from Nebraska Hospitals annually:
- How many incidents of lateral (staff to staff) violence?
- How many incidents of patient to staff violence?
- How many incidents of visitor (not patient) to staff violence?
- How many cases of verbal abuse?
- How many cases of physical aggression which resulted in physical contact but no harm or injury?
- How many cases of physical assault that resulted in harm or injury but no lost time?
- How many cases of physical assault that resulted in harm or injury and lost time?
- Top three departments that recorded violence
- What interventions do you have in place?
