In response to the increasing need for pediatric mental health care, Children's Nebraska has partnered with The REACH Institute to offer a learning opportunity to primary care providers serving children in Nebraska. The "Patient-Centered Mental Health in Pediatric Primary Care Program" (PPP) is a nationally recognized and evidence-based training that provides information and tools for screening, treatment, and management of mental health conditions in children and adolescents.

Registration is free and CMEs will be awarded following the in-person training session. The training also included a six-month case-based follow-up program. 2 twice-monthly, one-hour collaborative learning calls with the REACH Institute training staff will follow the initial training and additional CMEs will be awarded.

Training registration is limited to 25 participants. Registration will be open through October 4, 2024, or until full. A small waitlist will be maintained. Registration can be completed online. Meals, snacks, and beverages will be provided during the training hours. Hotel accommodations will be provided to participants living more than one hour way from the training venue.
