Registration is now open for the next WTA session. Hosted by the University of Nebraska Medical Center, this evidence based self-paced online 12-week program covers 14 wound management and prevention topics. The course is open to RNs, LPNs, PTs, and a number of other health care professionals. Nursing participants will receive 32.25 nursing contact hours and will also be prepared to take the WTA-C certification exam (not
required). PTs & PTAs will receive 21.0 CCUs. Please see below for information on the upcoming session.

Sim Days: Wednesday 7/31/24, Thursday 8/1/24 or Friday 8/2/24 (choose one at registration)
Virtual Exam Review: Friday 8/2/24, 1:00PM to 3:30PM (for all students)

One Mandatory Virtual Simulation Day involving hands-on training will be held for each session. Students are given a choice of time at the time of registration on a first come, first served basis. Each Virtual Sim Day includes a scheduled ZOOM Virtual Competency hands-on skill testing session with a CWOCN expert.
