PATIENT-CENTERED MENTAL HEALTH IN PEDIATRIC PRIMARY CARE PROGRAM

In response to the increasing need for pediatric mental health care, Children's Hospital & Medical Center is partnering with The REACH Institute to offer a learning opportunity to primary care providers serving children in Nebraska. The Patient-Centered Mental Health in Pediatric Primary Care Program? (PPP) is a nationally recognized and evidence-based training that provides information and tools for screening, treatment, and management of mental health conditions in children and adolescents.

Registration for the 17.75 hour in-person training is free and CMEs will be awarded upon completion. The training also includes a six-month case-based follow up program. 12 twice-monthly, one-hour collaborative learning calls with the REACH Institute training staff will follow the initial training and additional CMEs will be awarded.

The training is now VIRTUAL (as of 9.18.23).

Training registration is limited to 40 participants.
Registration will be open until October 1, 2023 or until full. A small waitlist will be maintained.

Meals, snacks, and beverages will be provided during the training hours. Hotel accommodations will be provided to participants living more than one hour from the training venue.
