This presentation will address the growing number of citations and enforcement actions commenced by regulators and will give hospitals the necessary tools to not only protect their patients and employees, but also to maintain compliance and avoid citations and enforcement actions.

1. This presentation will focus on hospitals’ duty to protect patients and employees from on-site violence, which has increased in recent years.
2. Provide hospitals practical, real-world guidance on how to implement policies and processes to comply with their duty.

4. Present resources to help hospitals maintain regulatory compliance and avoid enforcement actions.
