Who Should Attend:
All hospital personnel, including but not limited to nurses, doctors, paramedics, administrative staff, security personnel, and support staff, who may encounter workplace violence situations in their daily work as well as professionals who wish to develop workplace violence reduction programs. The series is suitable for both new employees who need to develop awareness and skills, as well as experienced staff looking to reinforce their understanding of workplace violence dynamics and prevention.

Course Curriculum
This webinar is designed to equip health care professionals with the knowledge and skills necessary to recognize early warning signs of violence, de-escalate confrontations, and implement preventive measures to foster a safer work environment. Through interactive discussions, case studies, and practical exercises, participants will develop a deep understanding of workplace violence dynamics, create a culture of prevention, and gain the confidence to address these challenging situations effectively.
