Educational Objectives
At the conclusion of this activity, the participants should be better able to:

Describe challenges and innovative strategies for improving the wellbeing of the nursing and behavioral health workforce of Nebraska.
Discuss evidence-based interventions to promote mental and physical wellbeing among nurses and behavioral health providers in the workforce.
Discuss the ethical responsibilities of nurses, nurse practitioners, and behavioral health providers in engaging in self-care activities.
Identify strategies to improve the current and future status of the nursing and behavioral health workforce in Nebraska through practice, policy, and education.
Describe emerging trends in wellness, resiliency, and wellbeing as they relate to the nursing and behavioral health workforce in Nebraska.
Facilitating interprofessional education and teamwork to support environmental/system level changes that promote wellness.

Target Audience
This accredited continuing education activity is designed for registered nurses, nurse practitioners, behavioral health specialists, as well as other health professionals and students who are interested in facilitating interprofessional education and teamwork to support system-level changes that promote wellness.
